YYF-VI型（智能型）油液質量快速分析儀于2004年初研制成功。
YYF-VI型油液質量快速分析儀其技術含量和應用功能在國內外處于地位，如采用了精確的程控測量技術，大大減輕了油液（介質）的電離程度，保證了測試精度；引入了隔離技術，易于準確標定靈敏度，提高檢測穩定性；溫度補償功能，自動調節適應環境溫度；水分檢測功能，可檢測油液中的水分含量；打印功能，可將檢測結果打印保存等。自2004年面市以來，大大推動了企業的潤滑檢測工作。
YYF-VI型（智能型）油液質量快速分析儀除具有YYF-V型所具有的功能特點外，YYF-VI型還具有打印系統、軟件系統、可充電電源系統，同時YYF-VI型（智能型）油液質量快速分析儀應用模塊化設計思想，采用結構一體化設計構思，美觀大方，操作更方便。
YYF-VIB型智能型油液質量快速檢測儀是YYF-VI型智能型油液質量快速檢測儀的升級產品。YYF-VIB型與YYF-VI型檢測儀雖然功能一樣，外觀一樣，但YYF-VIB型操作軟件由A級升到B級，使采樣速度提高2倍，抗干擾性能提升，測試精確性更高，同時傳感器選用“黑珍珠”，使得靈敏度更高，穩定性更好，耐腐蝕能力更強。

YYF-VIB type and YYF-VI, although the function of the same, look the same, but the YYF-VIB operating software from A-level to rise to B, the sampling rate increased 2 times, having anti-jamming performance, higher test accuracy, and the sensor using the "black Pearl", making the higher sensitivity, better stability, corrosion-resistant.
