YYF-VI型(智能型)油液質量快速分析儀于2004年初研制成功。
YYF-VI型油液質量快速分析儀其技術含量和應用功能在國內外處于地位,如采用了精確的程控測量技術,大大減輕了油液(介質)的電離程度,保證了測試精度;引入了隔離技術,易于準確標定靈敏度,提高檢測穩定性;溫度補償功能,自動調節適應環境溫度;水分檢測功能,可檢測油液中的水分含量;打印功能,可將檢測結果打印保存等。自2004年面市以來,大大推動了企業的潤滑檢測工作。
YYF-VI型(智能型)油液質量快速分析儀除具有YYF-V型所具有的功能特點外,YYF-VI型還具有打印系統、軟件系統、可充電電源系統,同時YYF-VI型(智能型)油液質量快速分析儀應用模塊化設計思想,采用結構一體化設計構思,美觀大方,操作更方便。
YYF-VIB型智能型油液質量快速檢測儀是YYF-VI型智能型油液質量快速檢測儀的升級產品。YYF-VIB型與YYF-VI型檢測儀雖然功能一樣,外觀一樣,但YYF-VIB型操作軟件由A級升到B級,使采樣速度提高2倍,抗干擾性能提升,測試精確性更高,同時傳感器選用“黑珍珠”,使得靈敏度更高,穩定性更好,耐腐蝕能力更強。
